INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LICENSE & TERMS OF USE

1. THE CO.LLAB IP™️

The Co.LLab IP™️ refers collectively to the original intellectual property created and developed for The Co.LLab™️ Building Leadership Infrastructure™️, including The .LLab™️ product line (including .LLab Creators™️) and all associated frameworks, methodologies, models, systems, tools, templates, assessments, content, terminology, designs, processes, and materials (collectively, "The Co.LLab IP™️").

The Co.LLab IP™️ is proprietary intellectual property created and controlled by The Co.LLab™️ Building Leadership Infrastructure™️ and its owner.

2. LICENSE TO USE

Access to, receipt of, or purchase of The Co.LLab IP™️ grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the applicable IP as a tool to build, develop, strengthen, and sustain infrastructure within the user's own creative practice, venture, or organization.

This license grants a right of use only. It does not transfer ownership, authorship, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights to the user.

3. WORKING COPIES

Where a product requires a working copy, the user is expressly authorized to create and maintain copies, including digital copies, printed copies, and reasonable internal working copies, solely for authorized personal or organizational use.

Users may complete, annotate, customize, and adapt their working copies for their own needs. Creating, modifying, or using a working copy does not transfer ownership of The Co.LLab IP™️.

4. AUTHORIZED USE

The Co.LLab IP™️ may be applied internally to creative, leadership, and organizational planning, strategy, implementation, performance, decision-making, facilitation, training, and related activities.

Users retain ownership of their own original work created through use of The Co.LLab IP™️. The underlying Co.LLab IP™️ remains proprietary to The Co.LLab™️ and its owner.

5. RESTRICTIONS

Without prior written authorization from The Co.LLab™️, the user may not:

• Claim ownership or authorship of The Co.LLab IP™️;
• Sell, license, sublicense, distribute, transfer, or provide The Co.LLab IP™️ to an unauthorized third party;
• Repackage or present The Co.LLab IP™️ as the user's own proprietary framework, methodology, system, or product;
• Commercialize The Co.LLab IP™️ or create a competing product substantially based upon it;
• Publish or publicly distribute The Co.LLab IP™️ outside authorized personal or organizational use; or
• Remove or alter proprietary, copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.

6. EXPANDED USE & COLLABORATION

The Co.LLab™️ encourages creators and organizations to use The Co.LLab IP™️ to advance their own development, growth, collaboration, and infrastructure.

External, public, commercial, consulting, training, co-branded, licensing, resale, publication, or third-party use of The Co.LLab IP™️ requires prior written authorization from The Co.LLab™️ Building Leadership Infrastructure™️.

7. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

All rights in The Co.LLab IP™️ not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by the intellectual-property owner.

8. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing, receiving, downloading, copying, purchasing, or using The Co.LLab IP™️, the user acknowledges and agrees to these Terms.

THE CO.LLAB IP™️ REMAINS PROPRIETARY TO THE CO.LLAB™️ AND ITS OWNER. THE USER RECEIVES A LICENSE TO USE IT — NOT OWNERSHIP OF IT.

These Terms apply to The Co.LLab IP™️ provided free of charge, for purchase, through membership, subscription, collaboration, licensing, download, access, or any other means, unless superseded by a separate written agreement.
