The problem
Financial and information barriers can restrict access to analysis connecting economic policy, market developments, technological change, and commercial strategy.
The solution
Free Journal Preview offers selected magazine content introducing readers to The Co.LLab™ analysis of business, economics, geopolitics, and emerging market conditions.
Leadership built on charisma runs on one person's energy, and it ends when that energy does. Leadership built on stewardship runs on infrastructure — decision pathways, documented judgment, and systems that outlast any single leader's presence in the room. The distinction is not semantic. It is the difference between an organization that survives its founder and one that doesn't.
Stewardship asks a different question than charisma does. Charisma asks, "How do I inspire people to follow me?" Stewardship asks, "What have I built that will still function well after I've left the room?" The second question is harder, and it is the one this Journal returns to again and again.
Growth exposes whatever an organization has been avoiding building. A team of three can run on memory and goodwill. A team of thirty cannot. The organizations that scale well are rarely the ones with the best idea — they are the ones that built decision pathways before they needed them, so growth revealed strength instead of gaps.
