- One payment. Each partnership is a one-time purchase at the tier price shown. No subscription and no automatic charges.
- All sales are final. All sales are final once access is unlocked, subject to applicable law.
- What you keep. Licensed products stay in your account for your internal business use after your term. The documents you create with them, like your own vision, playbook, and succession plans, belong to your company.
- Memberships. .LLab Membership™, the .LLab Library Card™ (with The .LLab Library™), and The .LLab Journal™: Partner 1 year, Strategic 2 years, Enterprise 3 years, then renew yearly at regular prices. Omnidirectional memberships are lifetime.
- New releases. Every tier keeps each new Co.LLab™ release made while its membership is active. Custom development and bespoke services are excluded unless stated in writing.
- Partner-only IP. Each tier adds one partner-only product: The .LLab Legacy Foundations Framework™, The .LLab Legacy Infrastructure Plan™, The .LLab Legacy Operating Systems Manual™, and The .LLab Legacy Preservation Vault™. Each tier includes the products of the tiers below it.
- Seats. Partner 1, Strategic 3, Enterprise 5, Omnidirectional 10 (including the purchaser). One seat = one person's account, added by single-use invite link. No shared accounts.
- Self-guided. Every tier is licensed IP your team puts to work on its own. Consulting, implementation, and custom work are not included and require a separate written agreement.
- IP ownership and license. All Co.LLab™ IP is owned by Ashley E. Clasby and licensed through The Co.LLab™. Every tier is a license under the Co.LLab™ IP license: internal use only. No training, consulting, client use, co-branding, redistribution, sublicensing, or resale without written authorization.
- Partner feedback. Quarterly field notes are optional. Partners' feedback may be used to improve Co.LLab™ IP, and all IP, including improvements, remains owned by Ashley E. Clasby. We never publish a partner's business information without written permission.
- Separate from The Co.LLab Founders Organization™. The Co.LLab Founders Organization™ is a separate offering for founders. It is not a partnership tier, and no Founders product is included in any partnership.
- Built for your business. The Co.LLab™ provides the IP, the infrastructure, and the ecosystem. What it becomes is up to you, because you know how to run your business better than anyone. Results depend on how each business applies it. Partnerships are commonly purchased as a business expense for professional development; ask your tax professional how it applies to you.
